Sous Series is back July 26th with two incredibly talented guests - Chris Reed, Sous Chef at Tokyo Cafe, and Ethan Goettsch of the soon-to-come Mea Culpa bar, but you probably know him as the long-time head bartender at Clay Pigeon Food & Drink. Our spirits partner this time is Still Austin who have an incredible portfolio to show off that includes more than just their delicious whiskies.
There is a $25/table reservation fee to lock in your table. This is not a deposit, we’ve started charging it to reduce cancellations and help cover some of the rising costs of putting on these events. Once you make your reservation, we'll send you a link to pay this fee, and confirm your reservation. Dinner is usually $75/person before tax and gratuity (sometimes the chefs have something really special they want to serve that can increase the price slightly), paid after your meal.
